I saw the trailer and instantly liked the look of it. I then read some reviews and became a little skeptical. I am glad I saw it! It's a lovely story, typical Disney and nice to see with the kids.

Oh Dear

Tries to take the well worn storey of a teen trying to come to terms with life and circumstance and make it seem something different. Different it is, but fails terribly as a film. Absolutely all over the place, the only plus being the performances of the two teens. Don’t waste your money.

I wasn't sure I would like this film, it being a space fantasy but I was pleasantly surprised , it was a wonderful story with a beautiful message running through it.

A once in a generation children's film that manages to exude a genuine sense of wonder as well as nail-biting dread. Director Ava DuVernay and her entire cast and crew have crafted something spectacular here that I hope becomes a classic for generations.
