ODEON says...

‘Phantom Thread’ takes place in the glamorous world of post-war London, where renowned dressmaker Reynolds Woodcock and his sister Cyril dress royalty, film stars and dames with their distinctive style.

When Reynolds falls for a young, strong-willed woman named Alma, his work is disrupted by love. He believes himself cursed, that love will never work for him, and finds his previously controlled, ordered life unravelling around him.

Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Thomas Anderson reunite after their legendary collaboration on ‘There Will Be Blood’ for ‘Phantom Thread’, in what is set to be Day-Lewis’ final performance.

Why Is a film with so many international film nominations NOT being shown in every Odeon cinema. I was an extra in the party scene which was filmed in the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool and I cant even watch the film at the cinema.

'Phantom' very apt!! want to see the film to be able to review it! Oscar and BAFTA nominated too!! come on Odeon get rolling this film out!!

Was longing to see this film with a friend and am so disappointed that Odeon appears not to appreciate its very wide appeal. Perhaps after the half-term fare has died down, we might have a chance of a spectacular new film, and possibly DDL's last.

No Screening!!

Good luck trying to see this. It's on at very few ODEON screens, unlike the crash-bang-wallop crap that caters to the lowest common denominator. So much for the 'Limitless' card!
